Savory Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs: A Delectable Grilled Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, olive oil, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon zest, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken cubes in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  3. If you’re using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
